Top photo: My husband and I created the headpieces from interfacing and hand-dyed muslin. Here you can see him winding the muslin around my face, while Spiro and Kevin look on.

Bottom left: Halfway through the shoot, I giddily asked, “CAN WE KISS?!” to which Kevin answered. “Um. Yes.”

Bottom right: Spiro and I, creepy sisters forever. Although it was terribly hot in the abandoned warehouse, we both agreed that it was the easiest shoot we’d ever done: we had nice men leading us around everywhere and we didn’t have to worry about facial expressions.
